Clinics faced a fragmented workflow: patient data was spread across spreadsheets, manual notes, and disconnected communication channels, making it difficult for staff to track infections, surgical indicators, and real-time patient updates. This caused delays in decision-making and increased the risk of overlooked information.
As a UX/UI Designer on the team, I helped transform this process by creating a unified, intuitive dashboard that centralizes critical metrics, organizes patient information, and integrates communication features. My work focused on structuring clear user flows, designing an efficient visual hierarchy, and ensuring that healthcare professionals could quickly access the information they need to act with confidence and speed.

The solution was a unified digital dashboard designed to centralize all clinical data in one place. Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets and manual notes, the platform presents real-time patient information, infection and surgery metrics, and communication insights in a clear and actionable interface.
As a UX/UI Designer, I helped create streamlined user flows, intuitive navigation, and a clean visual structure that reduces cognitive load. The result is a solution that improves decision-making, speeds up routine tasks, and gives clinical teams a single, reliable source of truth for managing patient care.

The challenge was to transform a complex and fragmented clinical workflow into a clear and intuitive digital experience. We had to organize large volumes of health data, simplify navigation for different professional roles, and make critical information instantly accessible. Balancing clarity, speed, and reliability without overwhelming the user was the central design difficulty.
